The Motorbike Rental Agreement outlines the terms and conditions between the Rental Company and the Client.

Rental Details: Specifies the motorbike make, model, year, license plate, and the start and end dates of the rental period.
Rental Terms and Conditions:
Rental Fee and Payment: The Client agrees to pay the daily rental fee and provide a security deposit at the time of pick-up.
Insurance: The motorbike has Third-Party Liability (TPL) insurance coverage only. The Client is responsible for all costs, damages, or liabilities beyond the TPL coverage, including damage to the motorbike, loss of rental income, and third-party liability.
Use of Motorbike: The Client agrees to use the motorbike for personal use only and comply with all traffic laws and regulations.
Maintenance and Repair: The Client is responsible for proper maintenance, and any repair or maintenance costs resulting from negligence or misuse.
Loss or Damage: The Client must notify the Rental Company immediately in case of loss or damage to the motorbike and is responsible for all associated costs, including loss of rental income during repair or replacement.
Return of Motorbike: The Client must return the motorbike in the same condition at the agreed-upon end date. Late returns may incur additional fees.
Termination: The Rental Company can terminate the Agreement and repossess the motorbike in case of breach by the Client.
Liability Waiver: The Client assumes all risks associated with using the motorbike and agrees that the Rental Company is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the rental period.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: The Agreement is governed by the laws of the specified state/country, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the designated courts.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between the Parties and supersedes any previous agreements.
Both the Rental Company and the Client must read, understand, and sign the Agreement to acknowledge their agreement with the outlined terms and conditions.

How old do I need to be to rent a motorcycle?
- To rent a motorcycle, you must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid motorcycle driver's license.
What documents do I need to rent a motorcycle?
- You will need to provide a valid motorcycle driver's license, a valid identification document (such as a passport or national ID), and a security deposit.
Do you provide helmets and other safety gear?
- Yes, we provide helmets for all riders as part of the rental. We also offer additional safety gear, such as gloves and jackets, for rent upon request.
Can I rent a motorcycle without prior reservation?
- While we recommend making a reservation in advance to ensure availability, we do accept walk-in customers if motorcycles are available at the time.
Is there a security deposit required?
- Yes, we require a security deposit 1,500 pesos.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Reservation fee will be forfeited once you cancel your booking.
Can I ride the motorcycle outside of the designated area?
- Our rental motorcycles are typically allowed to be ridden within a certain area or radius and has a limit of 350 km per 24hrs. Please inquire with our staff about any restrictions or additional charges that may apply for riding outside the designated area.
What happens if the motorcycle breaks down or has mechanical issues during my rental?
- In the unlikely event of a breakdown or mechanical issue, we provide roadside assistance in a certain area and time with additional charges if its client's fault.
Can I extend the rental period if needed?
- Yes, we understand that plans may change. If you need to extend your rental period, please contact our rental office as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What happens if I return the motorcycle late?
- Late returns may be subject to additional charges. We recommend contacting our team if you anticipate a late return to discuss possible options or arrangements.
